浮词 隐私政策

一、本政策适用范围

本政策适用于「浮词」iOS 应用（以下称"本应用"）。本应用由个人开发者王良峰开发和运营。本政策说明本应用如何处理你的信息。

二、我们不收集任何个人信息

本应用不含任何网络请求功能，不与任何服务器通信。因此我们无法、也不会收集、传输或存储以下任何信息：

• 你的姓名、手机号、邮箱、身份证件等身份信息
• 你输入或导入的稿件内容
• 设备标识符、IP 地址、位置信息
• 使用行为、崩溃日志、统计数据
• 通讯录、相册、日历等其他应用的数据

本应用不需要注册账号，不需要登录，没有任何用户体系。

三、你的数据保存在哪里

你在本应用中创建、编辑或导入的稿件，以及字号、速度、配色等设置，全部保存在你手机上本应用的私有存储空间内。这部分数据受 iOS 系统沙盒机制保护，其他应用无法读取。

这些数据不会同步到云端，也不会被上传到任何地方。当你从手机上删除本应用时，这些数据会被 iOS 一并永久删除。

四、权限说明

麦克风与语音识别（可选，默认关闭）

本应用提供"语音跟读"功能：开启后，应用会听你朗读稿件，并把提词内容滚动到你正在读的位置。

• 只有当你在设置中主动开启"语音跟读"时，系统才会向你请求麦克风和语音识别权限。不开启此功能，本应用完全不需要这两项权限。
• 语音识别由 iOS 系统在你的设备本机完成（应用强制要求使用离线识别），音频不会离开你的手机。
• 本应用不录音、不保存音频文件、不保存识别出的文字，也不会将其发送到任何地方。识别结果仅在内存中用于判断你读到了哪一句，用完即弃。
• 你可以随时在应用设置中关闭"语音跟读"，或在 iOS 的"设置 › 隐私与安全性"中撤销这两项权限。

后台音频播放

使用悬浮提词时，本应用会播放一段无声的静音音轨。这是 iOS 系统的技术要求：只有这样，悬浮窗口才能在你切换到相机等其他应用后继续显示和滚动，同时让你能用控制中心、耳机或蓝牙遥控暂停和继续提词。本应用不会发出任何声音，也不会通过麦克风以外的方式采集音频。

文件访问

当你主动使用"从文件导入"功能时，系统会弹出文件选择器由你挑选文件。本应用只能读取你亲自选中的那一个文件，读取后将其文字内容复制到应用内保存，不会访问你的其他文件。

本应用不使用的权限

本应用不申请相机、相册、位置、通讯录、日历、健康、通知、蓝牙等任何其他权限。

五、第三方服务

本应用不集成任何第三方 SDK，不含广告，不含统计分析工具，不含内购。你的信息不会被共享或出售给任何第三方，因为我们根本不掌握这些信息。

六、快捷指令

本应用提供"播放 / 暂停提词"等快捷指令动作，供你绑定到操作按钮、轻点背面或 Siri。这些动作在你的设备本机执行，仅用于控制提词的滚动，不涉及任何数据的读取或传输。

七、儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 周岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集任何人的个人信息，包括儿童的信息。

八、你的权利

由于我们不持有你的任何数据，你无需向我们申请查询、更正或删除。你对自己数据拥有完全控制权：在应用内删除稿件即永久删除；从手机上卸载本应用，所有相关数据会被系统一并清除。

九、本政策的变更

若本应用未来的功能变更涉及信息处理方式的调整，我们会更新本页面并修改顶部的"最后更新"日期。重大变更将在应用内予以提示。

Fuci Privacy Policy (English)

1. Scope

This policy covers the iOS app "浮词 / Fuci", developed and operated by independent developer Liangfeng Wang.

2. We collect nothing

The app contains no networking code and communicates with no server. We therefore cannot and do not collect, transmit or store your identity, your script content, device identifiers, IP address, location, usage analytics, crash logs, or data belonging to other apps. There is no account system and no sign-in.

3. Where your data lives

Scripts you write or import, along with your font size, speed and colour settings, are stored in the app's private container on your device, protected by the iOS sandbox. Nothing is synced to any cloud. Deleting the app permanently removes this data.

4. Permissions

Microphone and speech recognition (optional, off by default). The "voice following" feature listens while you read aloud and scrolls the script to match your position. These permissions are requested only when you turn the feature on. Recognition runs entirely on device (the app requires on-device recognition); audio never leaves your phone. The app does not record audio, does not save audio files, and does not store or transmit the recognised text — it is held in memory only to determine your reading position and is then discarded. You may disable the feature in the app, or revoke the permissions in iOS Settings, at any time.

Background audio. While the floating window is active, the app plays a silent audio track. This is required by iOS so the floating window keeps rendering after you switch to the Camera app, and so Control Center, headphones and Bluetooth remotes can pause and resume the prompter. The app never produces audible sound.

File access. When you use "import from Files", the system file picker lets you choose one file. The app reads only that file and copies its text into its own storage. It has no access to your other files.

Not requested: camera, photo library, location, contacts, calendar, health, notifications, Bluetooth.

5. Third parties

The app contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising, no analytics and no in-app purchases. Your information is never shared or sold, because we never hold it.

6. Shortcuts

The app provides Shortcut actions such as play/pause, which you may bind to the Action Button, Back Tap or Siri. They run locally on your device and only control the scrolling of the prompter.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

8. Your rights

Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing for you to request from us. You retain full control: delete a script in the app to remove it, or uninstall the app to erase everything.

9. Changes

If future features change how information is handled, we will update this page and its "last updated" date. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
